1. Object of the TOU and definition of the service

The site AnonyModels.com presents an agency specialized in supporting creators of erotic content, whose image is protected by artificial intelligence techniques (face replacement, tattoo removal, background modification, etc.).

The site notably allows:

• to present the concept and the operation of the agency;
• to submit an application to become a model;
• to contact the agency for additional questions.

These TOU define the rules for using the site and the essential principles of the collaboration between the agency and the selected models.

2. Target audience and access conditions

The AnonyModels site and services are strictly reserved for people legal adults in their country of residence. Any application from a minor is automatically refused.

Access to the site is free (apart from connection and equipment costs). Some features (application, private exchanges, support) require sharing personal information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Agency status and absence of employment

AnonyModels is a content and marketing agency. We are not your employer: you remain independent and responsible for your own social, tax, and administrative obligations (status, income declarations, etc.).

No employment contract is concluded via the site. Collaboration is based on a separate agency agreement, signed between you and AnonyModels, specifying practical terms (duration, commission, support, etc.).

4. Application process and model selection

Online application does not guarantee acceptance. The agency conducts a profile selection based on several criteria, including:

• legal age (must be adult);
• appearance and aesthetic criteria specific to the agency;
• genuine motivation to produce erotic content over time;
• availability and seriousness in following scripts and instructions.

A selection interview is held before any collaboration. The agency reserves the right to refuse a profile without obligation to provide detailed justification.

5. Nature of content and limits

The agency's services focus on creating erotic content, primarily for subscription platforms like OnlyFans or similar. We do not accept non-erotic projects via the agency.

Prohibited:

• any content involving minors or potentially interpretable as such;
• any illegal, dangerous, violent, degrading, or exploitative content;
• any content contrary to applicable laws in your country and in ours.

The agency reserves the right to refuse, modify, or remove any content that does not meet these requirements or that risks your safety or that of the agency.

6. Content usage policy and anonymity

One of AnonyModels' main objectives is to protect your anonymity. To this end, we apply the following principles:

• your videos and shoot photos are processed to replace your face with a unique AI-generated face, remove tattoos or distinctive marks, and, when necessary, modify clothing or the background;
• original files (pre-AI retouch) are kept only as long as necessary for processing and are then deleted, in accordance with our privacy policy;
• team members handling these files are subject to a strict confidentiality obligation, with contractual penalties for violations.

On your side, you commit to:

• producing your base content without showing your face and avoiding highly recognizable elements (objects, locations, uniforms, etc.);
• not distributing raw non-anonymized content yourself;
• respecting the scripts, limits, and instructions agreed with the agency.

7. Intellectual property and usage rights

The final content (photos, videos, AI visuals, scripts, graphic universes, etc.) is the result of joint work between you and the agency (shooting, retouching, AI, editing, strategy, etc.).

Unless stated otherwise in the agency contract:

• the agency retains ownership of AI assets (generated faces, workflows, models, presets, graphic universes);
• you have a right of use for the content created within the collaboration, only for the platforms and objectives defined together;
• you may not reuse the AI face or our templates for other projects, or with another agency, without prior written consent.

In case of termination of collaboration, you may immediately stop using our services. Already published content remains, in principle, the property of the agency and cannot be re-used autonomously with our AI face.

8. Financial terms and commissions

AnonyModels' business model is based on a commission deducted from the revenue generated thanks to the content created with the agency.

• You receive your earnings directly on your own accounts on the platforms (OnlyFans or others).
• You then commit to paying AnonyModels a standard 50% commission of the revenue generated from this activity.
• If you refer two new candidates who are accepted by the agency, your terms improve: the target split becomes 70% to you and 30% to the agency.

There are no subscription fees or entry costs: we invest time, expertise, and resources to help you take off as quickly as possible, and we are remunerated only if you earn money.

The precise terms (payout frequency, proofs of earnings, penalties for non-payment, etc.) are detailed in the agency contract signed by the parties.

9. Platform behavior rules

You remain the person who interacts directly with your subscribers (private messages, responses, etc.). To preserve the authenticity of the relationship and avoid account blocks, you commit to:

• complying with each platform's terms of use;
• not using aggressive automation to interact on your behalf;
• not making illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or dangerous statements.

We remain available to advise you, but you are responsible for your actions and statements on the platforms.

10. Responsibilities

The agency uses all reasonable means to ensure service quality, technical security, and data confidentiality. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of risk (hacking, external leakage, third-party service outages, etc.).

You are responsible for:

• the information you provide to us;
• the compliance of your content and activities with applicable laws;
• your fiscal and social obligations.

The agency cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from non-compliance with these obligations or from use of the site contrary to these TOU.

11. Personal data and cookies

The use of the site involves collection and processing of certain personal data, as well as potential use of cookies and other trackers.

12. Geographic scope of the services

Unless otherwise stated, our services are offered worldwide, provided that the activity conducted by the model and the dissemination of the content are authorized by the laws of their country of residence and by those of the countries where the content is accessible.

It is your responsibility to verify that your participation is legally possible in your personal situation.

13. Term, modification, and termination of collaboration

These TOU apply for the entire duration of site use and, for accepted models, for the entire duration of collaboration with the agency.

You may request to end the collaboration at any time, in accordance with the terms of the agency contract (possible notice, management of existing content, etc.).

The agency reserves the right to terminate a collaboration or restrict site access in case of serious non-compliance with these TOU, the law, or the content usage charter.

14. Governing law and competent jurisdiction

These TOU are governed by French law.

In case of dispute and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions.

15. Updates to the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use may be modified to reflect legal or technical developments or adjustments to our services.

In case of a major change, a notice may be displayed on the site (banner, specific mention, etc.). The current version is the one available online at the time of your visit.
